Each artwork was carefully selected to suit its setting. In the entrance and mezzanine, a gallery wall showcases original paintings, prints, and mixed media works, placing art at the heart of the experience. The pieces complement the earthy tones and craftsmanship of the interior design, which reflects the area's rich heritage. Elsewhere, contemplative artworks enhance the meeting rooms, whilst playful pieces bring energy to the games lounge, screening lounge and party suite, creating a social atmosphere for the young professionals and families that call this building home.

Highlights

  • Lost & Found by Anika de Souza is an abstract mixed media painting, which includes a small piece of brick lego in the painting. Combining tradition with innovation, this playfully nods to Hayes’ heritage once as a centre of brickmaking.
  • Lindsay Mapes’ multi coloured tapestry artworks bring bold colours, new textures and a lively energy fitting for the party suite.
  • Large scale artworks by Dawn Beckles offer a contemporary interpretation of still life and interior scenes, brought to life through vibrant colors and bold compositions. Rich in detail, her pieces invite repeated viewing, revealing new elements with each glance.
  • The Room series by Erna Ucar portrays contemporary figures inspired by the relationships she observes in her environment, popular culture and media, and the idiosyncratic moods of crowds from different cultures. Her layered composition of many individuals evokes a strong sense of community and belonging, resonating with the shared spaces it inhabits.
