Last week we went to visit the wonderful @gommie_poem in his studio for the first in our series of TAO visits. Gommie is a poet artist based in Oxford, best known for his large scale painted maps and poetry performances. Traveling the UK and beyond, inspired by the people and the places he visits, his work is a snapshot of the world we live in. Using humour and empathy, he captures the mood and feeling of a place, creating artwork that is relatable, funny, enlightening and moving.
